Facebook Share count dropped from 22k to 0

Today we noticed that Facebook Like+Send button on our website,
https://roundteam.co, was dropped from 22k+ to 0.
Code for the button was generated by this tool:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like/
It was working fine for a while, but today we noticed counter was reset
from more than 22k to 0 and started from scratch.
Yesterday we migrated our web-site to other server (with different
IP-address) and added SSL certificate. We made sure, however, that
immediately after migration all FB likes were in place.
Now, when I'm trying to re-generate the code for both
https://roundteam.co, http://roundteam.co -- it shows just a few dozens of
Likes gained today. Generated code is not different from existing one.
Unfortunately we did not write down our previous OpenGraph ID, so I can't
say whether it was changed or not.
Does anyone has any clue about possible reason for this reset, solutions?
How do we restore our original number of 22k+ FB likes?
